Sustainability
Antique and vintage goods are both stylish and sustainable.

They have a low carbon footprint thanks to their existing lifespan and they help reduce deforestation because no trees are being cut to produce them.

They help reduce landfill because, unlike mass-produced non-recyclables, they are high quality in material and craft, and are destined to outlive most other possessions.

Everything we buy interacts with the environment. Second hand furniture and accessories are not only unique, characterful and nostalgic, but also contribute to a sustainable home.

Thank you for submitting your enquiry. A member of our sales team will get back to you as soon as possible

Maker Spotlight | G Plan

G Plan were a key player in midcentury furniture design and production. Initially created in 1898 by E Gomme it wasn’t until 1952 when Grandson and designer Donald Gomme created a furniture range for the masses that evolved the company into the G Plan that we know and love today. The company were pioneers of modular furniture and understanding every buyer's unique needs. In the 1960s the rising popularity of Scandinavian design created healthy competition for G Plan and their solution was to hire Ib Kofod Larsen a Danish designer known for clean lines and comfortable materials.

G Plan ranges: Brandon 1953, Chinese White 1956, Tola & Black 1958, Limba 1960, Decorated 1961, New Tola 1961, Group 3 1962, Danish 1962, Collector 1962, Young Idea 1963, Country Style 1964, Quadrille 1964, Fresco 1966, Form 5 1967.
